Awareness Through Movement

ATM lessons are a low-impact self-study of how your body works. As you lie on a mat or sit in a chair, the practitioner verbally guides you through different movement combinations to help you: notice blocks in your body, areas of habitual tension, what you find easy, and the whole body connections that allow easy, graceful moves.

Lessons call upon the student's natural ability to learn, developing new movement options and alternatives to help students 'fill in the blanks' of movement lost due to injury, social norms or missed learning opportunities.

Workshops

During our workshops, we go through the foundation theory of the specific subject and we use practical exercise to explore and experience our knowledge through our learning.

Retreats

An opportunity to re-connect mind and body as you re-discover yourself.  There is a full programme to choose from and each person can do as much or as little as they like. Learning to listen to yourself is a key part of Embodied Mind Hub. The retreat gives you a chance to integrate what you learn into everyday life and activities. Maybe finding out about long held habits that no longer serve you and having time to bring about change.

Functional Integration

Hands on are one on one lessons where the fully clothed student is guided through touch, movement and verbal instruction.
